You must have a Herbalife Nutrition ID, valid email address registered with Herbalife Nutrition and purchased a ticket.

Yes, a unique email address is required for each ticket/login. Your email address with Herbalife Nutrition has automatically been registered for 1 login access. General Training is open to all Members with tickets.

Future Chairman's Club Forum, Leadership Training and VIP Tour are open to qualifiers with tickets only.

Yes, you will be able to view the Trainings you have qualified for.

Trainings will be available on demand from 20 July - 20 August, 2022

You will not be able to log-in on more than one device simultaneously using the same email address.

Only files in the EXPO are savable, you will need to login using Laptop, PC or Android.

You may use mobile, tablet, laptop and desktop. For optimal viewing, please use laptop or desktop. For viewing on TV, maximum screen size is 65inch TV for optimal viewing.

  2. If you have external speakers, make sure they are powered on and aren't muted.
  3. Make sure you did not lose Internet connectivity.
  4. If you are using a mobile device, such as an iPhone, make sure you have enough bandwidth. We advise using dedicated wi-fi or 4G.
  5. If you are using an Android device, Apple iPad or iPhone you will need to click on the media play button to begin the presentation/video. Android and Apple iOS devices do not permit streams to begin automatically.

  5. For Time Range, select "All Time"
  6. Tick all boxes
  7. Click "Clear Data"

Your Avatar can be created in specific zones and it is not compulsory to create an Avatar.
